Everyone in this world knows how important is to eat breakfast but due to hectic schedules in the morning nobody is able to give priority to the 1st meal of the day. Some people do eat breakfast but do not eat right kind of food. It is commonly said breakfast means breaking an overnight fast. 25% of your daily total calories should be consumed in your breakfast.
Breakfast gives fuel to the body and brain. It helps to increase the metabolism of the body. What you eat in breakfast can impact your body throughout the day. Later on it helps meaningful change in health and body weight. It is said that to increase the metabolism of the body, breakfast should be eaten within 3 hours of waking up. If you delay or skip your first meal of the day you tend to overeat in your next meal and it leads to storage of fat in the body. If these prolongs then it leads to obesity.

Try to avoid more of sugars as they do not give you any nutrients and are called as ’empty calories.’ always try to look at the ingredients list of food packets. If it contains sugar, corn syrup and honey then try to consume in lesser amount as they all are added sugars. Breakfast should not include doughnut, chips and soda or pastries.
